Privacy Policy

Introduction

Welcome to Seedance 2 Pro, a service operated by INFINITE PHASE LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data when you use our website and services, and describes your privacy rights and how the law protects you. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

The data controller responsible for your personal data is:

INFINITE PHASE LLC

Information We Collect

We collect and process the following information:

  • Account information (email, username) when you create an account
  • Photos, images, and videos you upload to use our AI services
  • Usage data and analytics to improve our service
  • Payment information processed securely through third-party payment processors (Stripe). See our Refund Policy for billing questions
  • Device and browser information for security and optimization
  • Credit purchase and subscription information

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Process your photos and videos using our AI technology
  • Provide and maintain our service
  • Process payments and manage your account and credits
  • Send you important service updates and notifications
  • Improve the reliability, performance, and user experience of our service using aggregated and de-identified usage data
  • Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
  • Manage subscriptions and credit allocations

Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data. We use industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit and at rest, and access to production data is restricted to personnel who need it to operate the Service. All payment information is handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and card details are never stored on our servers.

Images and videos you upload are sent to our AI model providers for processing, and the media you generate is hosted on those providers' content delivery networks. Our own systems store the links to that media, together with your prompts and generation history, so that your gallery remains available to you. This content is not deleted immediately after processing — it stays available until you delete it or delete your account.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where required by law.

Data Retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as we need it:

  • Account data (email, profile, credit balance) — kept for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, this data is erased immediately.
  • Generation history, prompts, and media links — retained while your account is active so your gallery stays available. You can delete any individual generation from your gallery at any time, which removes it from our records immediately.
  • Media held by AI providers — the underlying files are hosted by our model providers and are subject to their own retention schedules, which we do not control. Deleting a generation removes it from your account and our systems.
  • Payment and transaction records — retained for up to 7 years where required by tax, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations, even after account deletion.
  • Server and security logs — retained for up to 12 months.

We may retain data for longer where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or enforce our agreements — including records of content that violated our Acceptable Use rules.

Legal Bases for Processing

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract — to create your account, process your generations, and deliver the service you purchased.
  • Legal obligation — to keep tax and accounting records and to respond to lawful requests.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve our product, balanced against your rights.
  • Consent — for optional analytics and marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time.

International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers operate globally. This means your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with our service providers.

AI Processing and Model Training

Your prompts and uploaded media are sent to third-party AI model providers in order to generate your output. These providers process the content on our behalf to fulfil your request.

We do not sell your content, and we do not use your uploaded or generated content to train our own AI models. Third-party model providers handle content according to their own terms; we select providers that offer non-training or limited-retention handling for API traffic where available. Content flagged for a policy violation may be reviewed by our staff for enforcement purposes.

Third-Party Services

We share personal data with the following service providers (sub-processors), only to the extent needed to run the service:

  • Google / Firebase (United States) — account authentication and database hosting.
  • Stripe, Inc. (United States) — payment processing, subscription billing, and fraud prevention.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — storage and delivery of your uploaded and generated media.
  • Wiro AI and MuAPI — AI model providers that process your prompts and media to generate output.
  • Google Analytics (United States) — optional usage analytics.

These providers act on our instructions under contractual data protection commitments, and each has its own privacy policy which we recommend reviewing. We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We may also disclose personal data where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing of your data
  • Request data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Cancel your subscription at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] from the address associated with your account. We respond to verified requests within 30 days. Exercising your rights is free and will not result in discriminatory treatment. You can also act on two of these rights yourself at any time: delete individual generations from your gallery, and permanently delete your entire account from your account settings.

If you are a California resident, you have the rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or share your personal information. Residents of other US states with comparable privacy laws have equivalent rights and may use the same contact address above.

Cookies and Tracking

We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Strictly necessary — required to sign you in, keep your session active, and secure checkout. These cannot be disabled without breaking the service.
  • Functional — remember preferences such as your language and interface settings.
  • Analytics — help us understand how the service is used so we can improve it. These are optional.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent; if you refuse strictly necessary cookies, parts of the service will not work.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
