By accessing or using Seedance 2 Pro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service.
The Service is operated by INFINITE PHASE LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States, with its registered address at 8 The Green, Suite D, Dover, DE 19901, USA. References to "we", "us", and "our" in these Terms mean INFINITE PHASE LLC.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase credits or a subscription.
Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. You may use the content you generate with the Service for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the Content and Intellectual Property section below. Under this license you may not:
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You retain all rights to the photos, videos, and content you upload to our service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and transform your images and videos using our AI technology for the purpose of providing the service to you.
The AI-generated output images and videos are owned by you, but you acknowledge that similar outputs could be generated for other users based on similar inputs. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

We use a combination of automated filtering and human review to enforce this section. We may refuse, remove, or block any generation, and may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these rules. Violations of the prohibitions on CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or unlawful activity result in immediate termination without refund, and may be referred to law enforcement.

Some features of our service require payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our service. All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Where we are required to collect sales tax or VAT, it is calculated and added at checkout and shown to you before you confirm payment. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already placed, and we will give you notice of any price change affecting a subscription before it takes effect.
We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and are never stored on our servers. By using our paid services, you also agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. Your billing statement will show a charge from SEEDANCE2PRO.VIDEO.
Subscriptions renew automatically. When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method the subscription fee on a recurring basis, at the interval shown at checkout (weekly, monthly, or yearly), until you cancel. Renewal is charged automatically at the start of each new billing period at the then-current price, using the payment method on file.
How to cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through the billing portal, without contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to your subscription benefits until that period ends, and no refund is provided for the current billing period after cancellation. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the current period ends.
Credits. Credits included with a subscription are allocated at the start of each billing period, do not roll over, and expire unused at the end of that period. Credits purchased as a one-time pack do not expire while your account is active. Promotional, bonus, and referral credits have no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash. Credits are not a stored-value instrument and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access to paid features until payment succeeds. If payment remains unsuccessful, the subscription may be cancelled.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy regarding refunds, the Refund Policy controls.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Seedance 2 Pro makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
AI-generated output is probabilistic and varies between generations. Identical or similar prompts may produce different results, and results may not match your expectations. Variation in output quality is inherent to the technology and is not a defect in the Service. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or otherwise relying on it, and for ensuring your use of it complies with applicable law.
In no event shall Seedance 2 Pro or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription, erases your generation history, and forfeits any remaining credits, which are not refundable on deletion.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled and no refund will be provided for the current billing period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they reside. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
